Beliefs
Golf Road Baptist Church officially affirms the 2000 Baptist Faith & Message. The leadership also supports the 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith.
We Affirm The 5 Solas
Sola Scriptura (Scripture Alone)
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, sufficient, and final authority for Christian faith and life, standing above all human traditions and church institutions.
Sola Gratia (Grace Alone)
We believe that salvation is an unmerited gift initiated entirely by God, granted to sinners solely through his grace rather than human goodness, cooperation, or merit.
Sola Fide (Faith Alone)
We believe that individuals are justified before God through faith alone, receiving the righteousness of Christ purely by trusting in him rather than through good works or moral achievement.
Solus Christus (Christ Alone)
We believe that Jesus Christ is the sole mediator between God and humanity, and that his sinless life, substitutionary death, and resurrection provide the exclusive ground for redemption.
Soli Deo Gloria (For the Glory of God Alone)
We believe that the ultimate purpose of all creation, redemption, and human existence is to bring honor and praise to God alone, leaving no room for human self-exaltation.
